The last workout was a killer but as i am starting to see results, the pain is worth it. Also the routines are fantastic i’m starting to really see the results now, thanks for all your help.

The work out is just great, i been trainning for 15 days already, and i can tell you that i feel all my body engaged, i even walk different! i love Kettelbells!!!

I used a 16kg Kettle and managed 157, wasn’t sure how I’d do on it but
10 minutes seemed to go quite quickly, need to break the 200 number now!

Hi Greg the challenge was interesting, I use a 16kg kettlebell and I
managed 157. I have noticed that my punching is getting stronger as I
teach and compete at Kyokushin tournaments etc so it’s nice to know that
the Kettlebells are improving my karate!
